If our products do not meet your expectations at any time, for any reason, please contact us immediately. We stand behind Syndecrete^® and will do whatever we reasonably can to ensure your satisfaction.

1 Year Limited Warranty

Syndecrete, at its sole option, shall repair or replace such products if they fail, solely due to a manufacturing defect during the first five years after the initial installation. This does not include reasonable labor charges to repair or re-install the product and only applies to Syndecrete^® products that have been handled, fabricated, installed and maintained in the manner recommended by Syndecrete.
