Specifications for Syndecrete

GENERAL:
SYNDECRETE® shall be custom fabricated to plans and specifications in conformance with the construction documents or drawings as noted:


SYNDECRETE® shall conform with the strict quality control standards and guidelines established by Syndecrete at 2908 Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, California 90404-3616 USA TEL (310) 829-9932 FAX (310) 829-5641. SYNDECRETE® shall meet or exceed the minimum average physical properties of the independent testing defined in the Technical Bulletin.


COLOR/FINISH:
Syndecrete shall submit, upon written request, samples sufficient to represent the general color and finish for approval. Finished pieces shall match samples within the limitations inherent to the material as defined on the sample disclaimer.

FIELD MEASUREMENTS / SHOP DRAWINGS:
Syndecrete shall submit shop drawings upon request for approval. These drawings shall be limited to SYNDECRETE® only and shall show placement of joints, thickness, edge profile, etc. in relation to adjacent materials if necessary. Syndecrete shall coordinate with contractor and architect to determine appropriate substrate and method of attachment, (Structure to support SYNDECRETE® by other.)

Syndecrete shall verify all dimensions with field measurements and note any discrepancies or deviations to specifier immediately.

Syndecrete shall make available at its Santa Monica location, fabricated pieces for inspection by specifier prior to installation.


INSTALLATION:
SYNDECRETE® shall be installed by an authorized trained installer familiar with the specific installation methods, terms and guidelines as established by Syndecrete.

Protection of finished SYNDECRETE® surfaces to be provided by other.


CARE/MAINTENANCE:
Syndecrete shall provide general care and maintenance information and make available sealer or wax if required and upon request.


WARRANTY:
Syndecrete shall warrant SYNDECRETE® products or services to be free from manufacturing defect.
